This wonderful pin is from Myuna Art and impresses with its size (approx. 7x4cm) and a small torii pendant.
Myuna writes about her pin:
My fascination with ancient Japanese shrines, ancient mythology and traditional art inspired me to create this Yōkai Hard Enamel Pin series. Yōkai are supernatural monsters, spirits and demons in Japanese folklore and numerous stories tell of their relationship with humans.
Kitsune masks are used in traditional Japanese theater (Nō) and have ritual and religious significance. Inari Shrine in Kyoto is known for its numerous red torii that lead the way up the hill.
