Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Delivery
1.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, DHL Express
1.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany
2. Shipping costs
2.1. For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.50 shipping costs per order.
2.2. If self-collection has been agreed, the customer will be informed by the seller that the goods he has ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the customer can pick up the goods at the seller's headquarters or at an agreed location after consultation with the seller. In this case there are no shipping costs.
From a gross order value of 100 EUR we ship free of charge.
2.3. For shipping abroad, the following shipping costs apply as a flat rate per order:
European Union: EUR 7.95
2.4. For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-community acquisition) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply. These are to be borne by you.
